NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004190-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OC11 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OC11 is the Plaintiff and Ivette Molina a/k/a Ivettelis Molina; Jonathan Molina; Woodbridge at Meadow Woods Homeowners' Association, Inc. a/k/a Woodbridge Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 17th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, BLOCK 189, WOODBRIDGE AT MEADOW WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGES 1-3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
