NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-016378-O (43), of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein The bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york,as trustee for the certificateholders of the cwabs, inc., asset-backed certificates, series 2006-18 is Plaintiff and robert conner aka robert s. conner and cindy conner, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
