NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-023876-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. DBA AMERICAS SERVICING COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and WASHINGTON MARCELO BARBOZA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 101, Phase 7, LAKEWOOD AT MEADOW WOODS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4607, Page 2364, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 20, Pages 133 through 139, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and common expenses appurtenant to said unit, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
