NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 24, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 48-2007-CA-003108-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE NOTEHOLDERS CWABS INC. ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-SD4006-SD4, is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA VAZQUEZ AS TRUSTEE OF THE 2057 AMBERGRIS DRIVE LAND TRUST DATED THE 28TH DAY OF AUGUST 2008; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 2057 AMBERGRIS DRIVE LAND TRUST DATED THE 28TH DAY OF AUGUST 2008; CYNTHIA M VAZQUEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 06/02/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
