NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-ca-029685-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK,N.A. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL MCDONALD; ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; KIMKICHI R. ATKINSON; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A NIKKI PEACOCK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, IN BLOCK G, OF FERN COURT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK R, AT PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
