NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-004857-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-J12 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-J12 is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL MODENESI A/K/A MIGUEL A. MODENESI; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, A FEDERAL ASSOCIATION; WETHERBEE LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 361, WETHERBEE LAKES SUBDIVISION PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 37 THROUGH 40, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
