NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-016671-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein is the Plaintiff and Luis Delgado; Joana Delgado; Regions Bank; Charters gardens Homeowners Association, Inc; Hunters Creek Community Association, Inc are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 23th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, OF THE CHARTRES GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE(S) 129 THROUGH 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
