NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002341-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2005KS11 is the Plaintiff and Carleen Raphael; The Unknown Spouse of Carleen Raphael n/k/a Nigel Johnson; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Secured Funding Corp are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 28th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, FOX BRIAR UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
