NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005490-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and James F. Johnson; Unknown Spouse of James F. Johnson; Orange County, Florida; Raja Bentley; Carlos F. Watson; Vilmaris V. Johnson; Rhonda Walsingham; Carletta Warren; Clerk of the Circuit Court, Orange County, Florida; Dana Johnson; Allstate Insurance Company; Chrysler Credit Corporation ; Express Check Cashing II, Inc.; Mechana Morris; Jacqueline Kirkland; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; All other Unknown Parties claiming interests by, through, under, and against a named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether same unknown parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, RI-MAR RIDGE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
