NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 24, 2014 entered in Case No. 2008-CA-034239-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and Francois Alverseau; Verilia Alverseau; Unknown Spouse of Garfield Wallace; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Garfield Wallace; EMC Mortgage, LLC., f/k/a EMC Mortgage Corporation are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 28th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82 CEDAR VILLAGE PHASE II ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 53 AND 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
