NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-015532-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein EMC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and SPRING ISLE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 198, SPRINGS ISLE UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 61, Pages 131 through 138, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
