Final Judgment was awarded on January 16, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-019694-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, AGUSTIN RODRIGUEZ; WANDA L. VILLA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AGUSTIN RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WANDA L. VILLA; THE SANCTUARY AT TIVOLI WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
