Final Judgment was awarded on March 12, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2013-CA-005458-AOO10X, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005-RS8, is the Plaintiff, and, JONGHOON JWA; SUKYOUNG LEE; BELMERE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MIN SUNG PARK; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A CHONG HUI PARK; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
