Final Judgment was awarded on February 14, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-014487-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP., is the Plaintiff, and, ANNE SOFIE MIKKELSEN A/K/A ANNE S. MOLVIK MIKKELSEN A/K/A ANNE MOLVIK MIKKELSEN A/K/A ANNE SOFIE MIKKELSEN A/K/A ANNE S. MIKKELSEN A/K/A ANNE MIKKELSEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNE SOFIE MIKKELSEN A/K/A ANNE S. MOLVIK MIKKELSEN A/K/A ANNE MOLVIK MIKKELSEN A/K/A ANNE SOFIE MIKKELSEN A/K/A ANNE S. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
