NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 17, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2009-CA-026110-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JONATHAN M. TURMEL, SR.; ELIZABETH TURMEL; WATERFORD CHASE EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERFORD CHASE VILLAGE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; CLAIMANTS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on April 17, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, WATERFORD CHASE EAST PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGES 113 THROUGH 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
