NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 14, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-5405-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA21, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OA21, is the Plaintiff, and, TELLINA LOBELLIA MITCHELL; PAUL DUANE MITCHELL A/K/A PAUL MITCHELL; THE FOUNTAINS AT METRO WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
