Final Judgment was awarded on March 17, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-000889-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and, HEMCHAND RAMDIN; KULESHWARRIE RAMDIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERTO REYES; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/KA/ MIXA REYES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR PREFERRED; EAST PARK NEIGHBORHOOD 5 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
