Final Judgment was awarded on February 18, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-024614-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff, and, ROY C. SAYERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROY C, SAYERS; RONALD P. BRESSAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD P. BRESSAN; LAKE DAVIS RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
