Final Judgment was awarded on March 18, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-008296-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, ALEXANDER ORAEVSKY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXANDER ORAEVSKY N/K/A JUANITA CAUSEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. ; THE GRAND RESERVE AT KIRKMAN PARKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL CENTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
