NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-001798 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Brian Goalen also known as Brian T. Goalen, Malissa Goalen also known as Malissa A. Goalen, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Brian Goalen also known as Brian T. Goalen, The Unknown Spouse of Malissa Goalen also known as Malissa A. Goalen, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 11 day of July 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
