NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 26, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-000318 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and SHARON C JOHNSON; THE STRAND MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WEDGE WOOD II AT PELICAN STRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WEDGE WOOD AT PELICAN STRAND NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 1702, BUILDING 17, PHASE 7, OF WEDGE WOOD II AT PELICAN STRAND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2655, PAGE 2649, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
