NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002039 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff and Eugene W Nissley and Patricia J Nissley, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on April 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. A-106, COUNTRYSIDE VERANDAS CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1335, PAGES 2151 THROUGH 2217, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
