NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 26, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-004349 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC1 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST, NEIL FORNEY A/K/A NEIL ERWIN FORNEY A/K/A NEIL E. FORNEY, DECEASED; GIZELLA SARI FORNEY A/K/A GIZELLA S. FORNEY AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF NEIL FORNEY A/K/A NEIL ERWIN FORNEY A/K/A NEIL E. FORNEY, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
