NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1203096CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR4 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and KAREN SUE BARROW A/K/A KAREN SUE KOESTNER A/K/A KAREN S. KOESTNER A/K/A KAREN KOESTNER; JAMES BARROW; MARK P. KOESTNER A/K/A MARK KOESTNER; QUAIL CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK V, QUAIL CREEK, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 74 THROUGH 77, INCLUSIVE, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
