NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-00331 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR4, is the Plaintiff and Dennis L. Brando, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Monterosso at Mediterra Condominium Association, Inc. f/k/a Monterosso II at Mediterra Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 23 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 101, BUILDING 16, MONTEROSSO II AT MEDITERRA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2979, PAGE 2878, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
