Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property located in COLLIER County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 2311, BUILDING 23, VERANDA III AT CYPRESS TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3678, PAGE 3681, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE PROPERTY IS CONVEYED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, LIMITATIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS AND OTHER MATTERS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY, IF ANY; BUT THIS PROVISION SHALL NOT REIMPOSE THE SAME.
