NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 26, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-002900, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and MARY SUE TERRELL ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY SUE TERRELL; KATHY JOHNSON;UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHY JOHNSON; REGIONS BANK are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 23 day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 92, GOLDEN ESTATES, UNIT NO 193, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
