Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-2452 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 23 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 201, Building 8, AVIANO CARRIAGES HOMES II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4146, Page 634, of Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
