NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006531 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005 C, ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and Lisa Jo Klama a/k/a Lisa Jo Robinson; Unknown Spouse of Lisa Jo Klama a/k/a Lisa Jo Robinson; Michael Klama; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 38 of Braden River Ranchettes as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 83, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence West 540.64 feet to the point of beginning; said point of beginning being the same as the Northwest corner of a tract owned by the Manatee Trail Dusters, Inc., as per Agreement for Deed recorded in Official Records Book 105, Page 186, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence West 321.72 feet, thence South 262.00 feet, thence East 320.08 feet to the West boundary of the tract owned by Manatee Trail Dusters, Inc., thence North 262.00 feet to the point of beginning; all lying and being in Section 2, Township 35 South, Range 18 East.
