Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2012 CA 003949, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER JEFFERSCHRISTOPHER JEFFERS, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 311, HARRISON RANCH, PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 161 THROUGH 204, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 29th day of April, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
