CIRCHARO A/K/A FRED J. CIRCHARO; BRENDA YOLANDA CIRCHARO A/K/A BRENDA Y. CIRCHARO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDERICK JOHN CIRCHARO A/K/A FREDERICK J. CIRCHARO A/K/A FRED J. CIRCHARO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT 1 NKA KEITH V WILLIAMS, 1112 16TH STREET W., BRADENTON, FL 34205; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT 2 NKA MICHAEL BUTERA, 1112 16TH STREET W., BRADENTON, FL 34205; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT 3 NKA TORY RIDDLE, 1112 16TH STREET W., BRADENTON, FL 34205; CIRCHARO RENTALS, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 6, OF FAIRVIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 188, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
