UNIT # B-5, IN WOODLAND GREEN II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGES 131 THROUGH 135, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED THE 28TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1986, IN O.R. BOOK 1138, PAGES 30 THROUGH 59, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/12TH SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Charles Muniz, Butler & Hosch, P.A., 3185 South Conway Road, Suite E, Orlando, Florida 32812 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
