NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010CA000248, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. MTGLQ Investors, L.P., Plaintiff and RHONDA Y. MICCO; WILLIAM G. MICCO, SR. A/K/A WILLIAM G. MICCO; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on May 1st, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
