NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-006044 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Burgundy Unit Two Association, Inc. and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors and Trustees of Harold E. Rohman, Deceased, and All OTher Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT 308, BURGUNDY, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 962, PAGE 347, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 181 THROUGH 186, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
