Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 16, 2013, in Case No. 2010 CA 670 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc., is plaintiff, and Robert Pinzhoffer, Unknown Spouse of Robert Pinzhoffer n/k/a Sherry Myers, Unknown Tenant(s), and North Point Harbour Community Association, Inc. are defendants, the office of R.B. Chips Shore Clerk of the Court will sell at public sale the following described real property:
LOT 9, NORTH POINT HARBOUR, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 157 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

The sale will be held on May 6, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
