NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013CA002783AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Matthew J. Steel a/k/a Matthew Steel a/k/a Matt Steel; Adrienne R. Steel a/k/a Adrienne Steel; Unknown Spouse of Adrienne R. Steel a/k/a Adrienne Steel; Ironwood Eighth Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 301-J, IRONWOOD EIGHTH CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JUNE 19, 1974, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 676, PAGE 623-738, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
