NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 24, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-006833 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ANTOINETTE J YAGY AKA ANTOINETTE J ORTEGA, GERALD YAGY, ANTHONY JOSEPH ORTEGA, LAKESIDE SOUTH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A THE VILLAGES OF LAKESIDE SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 28, Block A, THE TOWNHOUSES OF LAKESIDE SOUTH, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 72, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
