YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as
Lot 3158, LIGHTHOUSE COVE AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, Unit 2, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 43 page 113, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida,
more commonly known as 7018 Montauk Point Crossing, Bradenton, FL 34212.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon the Plaintiff's attorney, The Law Offices of Kevin T. Wells, P.A., 1800 Second Street, Suite 808, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before or after service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
