YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose Mortgage covering the following real and personal property described as follows, to-wit:
Begin at the SE corner of Lot 10 of Sunshine Harbor Subdivision, as per the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 59 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence S 00 degrees 25' 00” W, along the Westerly Right-of-Way line of Harbor Avenue, and its extension thereof, a distance of 75.00 feet; thence S 89 degrees 43' 58” W, 141.74 feet, more or less, to the shoreline of Rock Creek; thence Northwesterly, along the shoreline of Rock Creek, 95.6 feet more or less, to a point on the Westerly extension of the South Line of said Lot 10; thence N 89 degrees 43' 58” E along said extended South line, a distance of 66.0 feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of said Lot 10; thence continue N 89 degrees 43' 58” E, along said South line, a distance of 117.74 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to ingress & egress easement recorded in Official Records Book 604, Page 180, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Charles A. Muniz, Butler & Hosch, P.A., 3185 South Conway Road, Suite E, Orlando, Florida 32812 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
