NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-003198 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and EPHRAIM M. MAYLER JR. A/K/A EPHRAIM M. MAYLE; JONAITA A. MAYLE A/K/A JOANITA S. MAYLE; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 82.5 FEET OF LOT 49, BLOCK D, SUNSET ACRES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
