Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 18, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:

ETTER'S SUBDIVISION TO THE TOWN OF ELLENTON, FLORIDA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALSO THAT VACATED PORTION OF 8TH STREET EAST (ELM STREET) AS DESCRIBED AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 982, PAGE 2671, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 728 44TH AVE E, ELLENTON, FL 34222; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on April 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
