Condominium Unit No. 127, BAYWOOD COLONY GARDEN APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1236, Pages 1339 through 1395 and Condominium Plat Book 10, Pages 46 and 46A both of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
If you fail to file your response or answer, if any, in the above proceeding with the Clerk of this Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Daniel C.
