NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 24, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010438-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK, NA., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-I is the Plaintiff and MARIA TOLENTINO; DOMINGO TOLENTINO; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVID TOLENTINO; TENANT #2; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 23rd day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
