Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lots 37, 38, 39 and the North 5 feet of Lot 36, Block 16, BEVERLY TERRACE, UNIT 2, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 126, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at a public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 1st day of May, 2014, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com.
ANY LIENHOLDER OR PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
