NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 26, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 009120 NC, DIVISION: A, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QS8, is Plaintiff, and TAMMY JO VILLADONIGA; ROBERTO VILLADONIGA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 21stday of April, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 606, EIGHTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 6, 6A THROUGH 6V OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
