NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 14th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007099 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR 2006-OA1 is Plaintiff and ROBERTA L. VEECH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTA L. VEECH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 21st day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 15 & 17, BLOCK “D”, PLAT NO. 2 OF NORTH VAMO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 92 & 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
