NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2014, and entered in 2009 CA 004548 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and LASZLO INCZE; UNKNOWN TENANTS; LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR NETBANK; SZILVIA BOLOGH A/K/A SZILVIA BALOGH are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 4-301, OF LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2004247846 AND AS AMENDED IN INSTRUMENT #2004247847, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
