NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 31, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010368 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BAC HOME LOAN SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and SHONDA M. LAFFERTY; KEVIN S. LAFFERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, N/K/A DIANA LAFFERTY, are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 14th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
