NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated , and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-054776 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and GRACE VILLANI, as PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF STEPHEN J. PULEO, GRACE VILLANI, INDUVIDUALLY, DEBORAH GOODWIN, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on April 24, 2014, at 9:00 A.M., at ww.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 117, CAPE CORAL, UNIT FIVE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 80 through 90, inclusive of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
