Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 28 day of July, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 53, PINELAKE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 39 and 40, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
